How this works.

Your Website is $500 to build, with no monthly fee. It includes up to 10 pages, your words written from a short intake, hosting and security, and a portal where you edit your own text and images. The optional care plan is $25 a month: I make your changes for you, new pages included. Cancel anytime.

Your Practice System is $1,500 to build, then $50 a month. It includes everything in Your Website plus intake forms, scheduling, agreements and consent signed online, and payments, built into the same site. The monthly covers keeping your client records held securely and backed up, and your forms kept current.

Half of the build price is due to start, half at launch. Cards or ACH. Monthly plans begin the day your site goes live and are billed month to month.

Before I start building, your deposit is fully refundable. After that, the work delivered up to that point is yours, the deposit is not returned, and the balance is not invoiced.

Your words, your photos, your domain, and your content are yours. Your domain is registered in your own account; I set it up and point it at your site.

If you leave, I give you an export of your site and your content. Anything I built for you stays yours to use.

Your Website is ready about a week after your intake is in. Your Practice System takes two to three weeks. I keep your site hosted, secure, and backed up for as long as it runs with me.

I build websites and paperwork systems. I don't give legal, medical, or clinical advice, and the forms on a practice site follow the rules that practice is licensed under.

Everything above is a summary. The agreement you sign before any invoice goes out holds the full terms, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.
