Your Website

Then, if you need it, your practice.

Most businesses need a good website and nothing more. If you see clients, I build the client side into the same site from the start.

New site, or a rebuild of the one you have.

Your Practice System

Your website, with the client side built in: forms, scheduling, agreements, and payments, all in one place. One project, one price.

$1,500to buildthen $50 a month
  • Everything in Your Website
  • Intake forms that land in one place
  • Scheduling with reminders, under your own account
  • Agreements and consent signed online, kept on file
  • Deposits, invoices, and payment links
  • The same portal, with your client paperwork in view

The $50 a month is your care plan for the practice side. Your client records are kept secure and backed up, your agreements and forms stay current, and I make your changes for you.

Natural medicine facilitators in Colorado: your $50 a month also keeps your required forms current with the facilitator document set, at no extra cost.

With a website builder

Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress.com run about $4 to $39 a month, plus $11 to $23 a year for your domain. You pay that for as long as you have the site, and you still build it yourself, usually on nights and weekends.

With me
  • $500 once for the build. I write the words, design the site, and get it online.
  • $0 a month after that. Hosting is included, and your site comes with a simple editor, so you can change your text and photos yourself whenever you need to.
  • $25 a month, only if you'd like the care plan. Send me what you want changed and I'll make the updates, add new pages when you need them, keep an eye on the site, and give it a fresh look once a year.

Builder prices from their own pricing pages, October 2026, billed yearly to monthly.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I have to get on a call first?

No. You can start right away. If you'd like to talk first, line up a 20-minute call. If a website is all you need, I'll say so.

I already have a website. Is it still $500?

Yes. I rebuild it on a fast, modern setup and move it off your old host. Your words and photos come with it.

When do monthly charges start?

It depends on what I build for you. Your Website has no monthly fee. If you add the $25 care plan, it starts the day your site goes live. Your Practice System comes with its own care plan at $50 a month, and that starts the day it goes live. Either way, half the build price is due when we start and the other half at launch.

Can I add the practice side later?

Yes. You pay the difference between the two builds, $1,000, your site stays as it is, and the $50 a month begins.
