Built by a practitioner

I prepare the ground so you can tend the practice.

Two services for health and wellness practitioners running independent practices. Your brand, set up. Your infrastructure, set up. Both designed to disappear once they're working, so you can do the actual work.

Services

Two services.
Sized to where you are.

Each service clears a different layer of work between you and your practice. Some practitioners need both. Some only need one. Either way, your time stops going to operations or design and starts going back to clients.

Practice Identity

How your practice looks and sounds.

Your logo, your colors, your fonts, and a simple guide for using all of it. So your practice has a look and a voice you can carry across everything you do.

Practice Setup

How your practice runs.

Your website, your scheduling, your professional email, the software that holds your client records. Set up under your accounts and connected so it all works as one.

Sound familiar

You trained for the practice, not the setup.

I'm a practitioner. I trained for this. I know how to be with my clients.

What I didn't sign up for is buying a domain, figuring out how to point it at a website I haven't built yet, setting up a custom email that doesn't bounce, and choosing a practice management software that fits the way I work. Then connecting it all into one experience that holds my clients from finding me online to booking, intake, the first session, and what comes after. All before I've seen a single client.

Every hour I spend on this is an hour I'm not spending on my practice. It takes the wind out of my sails. By the time the website is “almost done,” I've lost the thread of why I started.

What this isn't

Five things PracticeGrove is not.

Naming the categories you might be confusing this with.

So you know what you're buying.

Not

An agency

No retainers, no scope creep, no 5-week discovery phase. One to two weeks, fixed price, defined scope.

Not

A marketing service

No content strategy, no monthly SEO retainer, no paid ads, no social media. Practice Setup does include the foundational search-engine setup so people can find you. The ongoing optimization, posting, and content are your work.

Not

A builder you have to learn

Your site has a simple admin where you can update text and swap photos yourself when you want. No platform to learn, no monthly tool fee.

Not

Locked-in software

Your website is custom code that you own. You can hand it to any developer later, or take it elsewhere, if you ever need to. No proprietary platform holding it hostage.

Not

An ongoing service

The setup is the setup. After handoff you have working infrastructure and 14 days of email support. Beyond that, hourly support is available when you want it. No retainer, no monthly fee.

Alex Carpenter, founder of PracticeGrove
Who built this

I needed this myself.

I'm a practicing natural medicine facilitator in training (NMIT) and a web designer. I built my own digital infrastructure before I built anyone else's, and the friction of that setup became a hurdle between me and the practice I'd trained for.
