What I collect, and why.
Last updated October 2026.
What I collect
When you get started, I collect your name, your business name, your email address, and your current website address if you have one.
When you answer the intake, I keep your answers so I can write and build your site. They are yours; you can ask for a copy or ask me to delete them.
When you use your portal, I keep what you send me there: changes, approvals, and messages.
The site keeps page-view counts and web performance measurements through Vercel Analytics. They are aggregated and tied to no one. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party ad cookies.
What I don't collect
I hold no health information about your clients. A practice's own client intake is short, non-clinical, and visible only in that practice's portal.
I never ask for your passwords. Accounts for your domain, email, scheduling, and payments stay in your name.
Who sees it
Me. I build every site myself.
The services the site runs on: Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and a payment processor for cards and ACH. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.
No one else. I don't sell or share your information.
Your choices
Email hello@practicegrove.com to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you. If you leave, your words, photos, and domain go with you.
