Your domain name, about $15 a year, registered in your own account. I set it up and point it at your site. If you choose them, email (about $7 per user per month for Google Workspace or Proton) and scheduling or practice software, also under your own accounts. No markup.

Before I start building, the deposit is fully refundable. After that, the work delivered up to that point is yours, the deposit isn't returned, and the balance isn't invoiced. The care plan and the Practice System monthly are month to month; cancel anytime, and your domain and your words stay yours. The full terms are in the agreement you sign before any invoice goes out.

Yes. The value isn't the tools. It's the time saved and the work done right. Most people could set this up themselves. They also spend weeks doing it on nights and weekends instead of running their business. I'm for the person who'd rather spend that time on the work itself.
